Iceland in the "New Western Cuisine" magazine
Icelandic food, culture and tourism took center stage in the September issue of New Western Cuisine. A 16 page article under the heading of 'Experience of delicious food which combined with fire and ice in Iceland', covered all that Iceland has to offer to Chinese gourmet travellers.
New Western Cuisine is published by the General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China with monthly circulation of 100,000, focusing on Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou cities. Its distribution channel includes Four-star hotels and above, well-known restaurants, cafes and bars.
