Embassy

The Permanent Mission acts as an Embassy to Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname. 

Iceland is also represented by Honorary Consuls of Iceland, permanently residing in the capitals of most of these countries.

Antigua and Barbuda

Iceland and Atigua and Barbuda established diplomatic relations in 2004.

Bahamas

Iceland and the Bahamas established diplomatic relations in 1975.

Barbados

Iceland and Barbados established diplomatic relations in 1979. 

Belize

Iceland and Belize established diplomatic relations in 2004.

Costa Rica

Iceland and Costa Rica established diplomatic relations in 1997. I

Cuba

Iceland and Cuba established diplomatic relations in 1956.

Dominica

Iceland and Dominica established diplomatic relations in 2004.

Dominican Republic

Iceland and the Dominican Republic established diplomatic relations in 2003.

Grenada

Iceland and Grenada established diplomatic relations in 1983.

Guyana

Iceland and Guyana established diplomatic relations in 2005.

Haiti

Iceland and Haiti established diplomatic relations in 2005.

Jamaica

Iceland and Jamaica established diplomatic relations in 2000.

Saint Kitts and Nevis

Iceland and Saint Kitts and Nevis established diplomatic relations in 2004.

Saint Lucia

Iceland and Saint Lucia established diplomatic relations in 2006.
