Ja Ja Ja Festival: A celebration of Nordic music!

The first Ja Ja Ja Festival will be held in London on 8-9 November celebrating all things Nordic in music, food and more.

Many will already know the popular monthly Ja Ja Ja Nordic club nights at The Lexington in London. The people behind Ja Ja Ja have decided to step things up and will hold the first ever Ja Ja Ja Festival this November at the Roundhouse in Camden, a showcase of new Nordic music, films, food and much more!

Two acts have already announced their participation on 8 November: múm (Iceland) and Mew (Denmark), with more artists to be announced soon.

The Ja Ja Ja Festival is a joint collaboration between Ja Ja Ja Music and the Roundhouse, which is supported by the Nordic Culture Fund and the Nordic Embassies in London.

The Icelandic choir LYRIKA, which forms part of Björk's backing band, performed an unreleased song my Mew, mixed with a special version of Mew's song "Zookeeper's Boy" at the launch party of the Ja Ja Ja Festival:
