Lay Low UK Tour

Lay Low is singer and guitarist Lovisa Elisabet Sigrunardottir. She is joined by a line up which features both classic pop instrumentation and the idiosyncratic colouring of banjo and slide guitar. She won Best Female Singer and Best Album at the 2006 Icelandic Music Awards and attracted international attention during this year's ByLarm festival.

Adjágas, from Sapmi (formerly known as Lapland), were also discovered at Scandinavia's annual ByLarm festival and have since gone on to perform around the world. Their magical combination of ancient Sami folksongs known as "yoiks" with musical influences that veer from glacial soundscapes to blues to country to acoustic folk is described as bewitching.
